Triple Net Properties LLC acquired two office buildings at 515 E. Main St. and 500 E. Main St. in Columbus, OH, from JDS Cos. for $21.9 million, or about $180 per square foot. The property at 515 E. Main St. is a five-story, 66,000-square-foot, Class B office building constructed in 2000. The property at 500 E. Main is a 56,000-square-foot, Class B office building constructed in 2002. Hunter Beebe of Shattuck Hammond Partners LLC represented the seller. Triple Net Properties was self-represented.
