Thanksgiving is about giving thanks for what we have received, enjoying the company of our loved ones and overstuffing our faces. There are some people who are not able to or can't afford it. We hope that if you are able to spend time with those you love during this Holiday to take some time and either volunteer at a food shelter or donate food to a local pantry. It is always better to give than to receive. Some area shelters that are offering Thanksgiving dinner to the less fortunate are:
