JUST IN TIME FOR NYE

THE newest way to drink your Champagne? Upside down, apparently. Quirky Dutch duo Viktor and Rolf have created a limited edition collection of Champagne glass, bottle and ice bucket for Piper Heidsieck, all of which have their tops where their bottoms should be - for example, a flute where your bubbly sits in base. "Champagne is the glamorous drink, par excellence," say the designers. "It's an elixir of seduction - we love the rituals it inspires. How could we make something new out of something eternal? We only had one answer: invert the proportions."

according to the site the closet retailer is in Chicago: Sam's wine & spirits and Binnys
