MIKE "Boogie" Malin, who co-owns the Dolce Group of restaurants in Los Angeles with Ashton Kutcher and who won last year's "Big Brother" series, was arrested last week for allegedly assaulting a waitress at a Denver sports bar. Malin, 37, a New Hampshire native who went to college in Boston, was in Colorado for the Red Sox-Rockies World Series and got into a tiff with the waitress after he ebulliently mocked Colorado for being swept. He was bailed out Tuesday from the Denver sheriff's lockup. Malin certainly does have a way with women. On last season's "Dr. 90210," he was seen visiting his creepy friend and dermatologist Will Kirby for removal of genital warts* and bragged about having unprotected sex with multitudes of women. When advised he'd have to wear condoms, Malin moaned and was then seen being taken out on the town by Kirby to meet more victims.
