The bidding started a bit later that 12pm. The auction itself seemed very unchic but who cares. The winning bid was $1.325 million. You could sense the auctioneer was trying to get more $$ for it. I am definately not a real estate expert but I think I can understand that this was a steal. The winning bidders said they are from Atlanta and will make it all commercial space. I think that building has so much potential especially now that Gay is going to be a 2way street. The townhomes seem to be coming along and the businesses on that block are thriving. Congrats Anil Yadav.
