Mayor Coleman's wife Frankie was found guilty of misdemeanor falsification and attempted theft in office for recording time she didn't work. She was boozing at the Brownstone or maybe perhaps the C&S. Should she do time for this even though she is the mayors wife and is in "rehab"?
