There is a new restaurant opening at the old Abracci spot and it's going to be called DW and DeepWood* READ THE ARTICLE HERE

Abracci didn't last cause they had a sh!teous chef who is somehow still employed. Not sure what is sooo fanf*ckingtastic about salmon woven with asparagus with hollandaise or a pigs brain terrine-this is the French Laundry John Beck

*Can they have skin-e-max night on Friday's?? only makes sense for a place called DeepWood(snickers)

BAR 23 on the cap at the old Jeffrey Thomas spot is having their INVITE ONLY opening next weekend April 11 and then their GRAND OPENIING will be sometime after that depending on how many kinks they have to work out. I'm still not 100% hope it lives up to it's curious hype.

NEW H&M PARTNERSHIP'S GONNA BE INSANE

COMME DES GARÇONS IN COLLABORATION WITH H&M THIS AUTUMN

Comme des Garçons' founder and head designer Rei Kawakubo will create thisautumn's guest designer collection at H&M. Rei Kawakubo, famous and admired for her creativity and artistry, will design a women's and a men's collection, with some pieces for children too. Accessories and an exclusive unisex fragrance willalso be included in the collection.
"I have always been interested in the balance between creation and business. Itis a dilemma, although for me creation has always been the first priority. It is a fascinating challenge to work with H&M since it is a chance to take thedilemma to its extreme, and try to solve it", says Rei Kawakubo, Comme desGarçons.
"Rei Kawakubo has been at the top of our wish list for a long time and we arethrilled that she has chosen to collaborate with us. We have tremendous respectfor Kawakubo's fashion philosophy of questioning fashion's ingrained patterns, and admire her artistic approach to design. We are particularly excited that thecollection will be launched in Japan, Kawakubo's native country, at the sametime as the launch of our new store there", explains Margareta van den Bosch, creative advisor, H&M.

The world launch of the collection will be at the opening of H&M's second store in Tokyo, Japan, in the beginning of November. Launch date for other H&M markets will be a few days later.

WANNA RENT DENNIS RODMAN??

Why pay for a tag along to movie premiere with Scarlett Johansson to only be ignored when you can have Dennis Rodman to yourself-(i know hell to the yes!)

Via Thrillist
Started last week by a River North(Chicago) nightlife promoter with close ties to the ex-Bull, RR offers you a grab-bag of services from the actual Dennis Rodman, at prices so reasonable, Dennis Rodman could afford them. Naturally, it all starts with hoops: though Rodman wasn't known for his scoring touch, he'll still have plenty of wisdom to confer upon you during something as simple as a game of H-O-R-S-E (only $100 -- for the C-H-E-A-P, games of P-I-G are a mere $70). For the ultimate bromance The Worm will squire you around town via Harley, stopping at his favorite spots and offering advice on everything from dye-jobs to tattoo design, keeping in mind your interests and the fierceness of your physique -- because while a sunbursting fertility symbol might look great ringing the belly button of an ex-power forward, on you it will get stretched out to the size of the hoop.

RR's most valuable service is the one-hour dating consultation, where Rodman'll regale you and your crew with stories about bedding various celebrities from Madonna to Carmen Electra. By the time he gets to his bawdy tale of watching Titanic with Jerry Krause, your hour'll be up, and you'll be saved by the bell.
Check out all the services at RentRodman.com.
